The United States Patent and Trademark Office has officially approved NicoccinoTM as a trademark throughout the United States.

The Nicoccino brand is owned by Nicoccino AB and has previously been recognized throughout the European Union, where the approval of logos, symbols and graphic design patterns was obtained in 2014. The brand has also been approved in additional countries outside the EU, such as China, Switzerland, Norway, Russia and Turkey. Nicoccino has previously submitted an application for the registration and approval of the NicoccinoTM brand in Canada, Israel and South Korea, where a decision is expected by the first quarter in 2016.
