The Nicoccino story began in our founder Fredrik Hübinette’s kitchen in 2004. At that time, he had a clear vision: to develop a platform that would provide smokers with a better nicotine experience. After countless iterations, Fredrik finally succeeded in creating the formula for tobacco-free Nicotine Strips.

Moreover, he invented the mucosal strip and co-founded several innovative companies, including FFT Medical, Nicoccino, Klaria, Caressa, and Nutrinovate. Previously, Fredrik held key positions in biotech at respected organizations such as Wallac OY and Orexo AB, which further strengthened his expertise.

Today, with a patent granted in 55 markets and the 2023 completion of a state-of-the-art production facility north of Stockholm, Sweden, Nicoccino is fully prepared to deliver Nicotine Strips to smokers everywhere. As a result, we are ready to offer a cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable alternative to traditional tobacco products.
